Wild Life Zoo

I got to go to the Wild Life Zoo as a parent helper with Brooklynn’s 1st grade class. It’s always a treat riding on the bus with all of the kids!

I had 3 kids in my group. They were all really good.

The Wild Life Zoo is better then the regular zoo. You can get closer to the animals, and get to feed and interact with some of them.

They have a petting zoo where you can fed and pet the goats and the deer. They didn’t care if you had food or not. They just would try and eat your shirt, purse, jacket, anything!

They had fun feeding the giraffes. He would stick out his long tongue and you would put the food on it. I’m surprised they aren’t obese with the amount of food they get fed all day long from all the kids!!

The white tiger was really cool.

They had really blue frogs that were almost florescent.

They wanted their picture taken in front of the penguins. That is what their class mascot is.

They had sting rays there that you could pet.

It was a lot of fun and the weather was perfect! I love being able to go on these field trips.
