Soccer Tournaments

The girls had their soccer tournament last weekend. They each played 3 games. They both had a lot of fun playing this season.

Lexie is so aggressive and goes after the ball no matter what! She played on a 5th and 6th grade team. The other girls were always about a head taller then her. She was never intimidated and would always just go for it!

Brooklynn was really good too. She always had the look of determination on her face.

And she was always smiling. It didn’t matter if they won or lost.

She was the teams best goalie. She had some really good stops.

They had a hulla hoop contest. Brooklynn is a good hulla hooper! She went forever and finally I had to stop her because her next game was starting!

The awards ceremony. All of the girls got a gold medal. Brooklynn was so proud!

Lexie’s team didn’t win one game all season. It was really hard for her because she is very competitive and wants to WIN!! (wonder where she gets that from)

It was a good learning experience for her. There is always next season!
